ARTICLE IX. Changes or Amendments to the Constitution or Bylaws

The Church constitution or bylaws may be changed or amended by a two-thirds affirmative vote at annual meeting or at any special meeting called for that purpose, on presentation by the Bylaws Committee. Unless otherwise specified, such changes or amendments shall become effective immediately.
